UNFAIR Child Matenance

Ok my daughter comes here to live with me for 3 mths, in that time i send the paperwork to the CSA (Child Support Agency) and 4 weeks later I get a letter saying that sorry Sir we cannot accept your notice of care, because you have not been able to prove that you are the father of the child, you will need to get the birth certificate and foward a copy to us. .........
Now for the intresting part, I have been paying money for 13 years to the CSA for my daughter and they have a copy of the Birth Certificate on file, they are the ones the said I needed to pay it?... but now that the same daughter has swapped care and they cant use the same copy they have on file already, I am unable to claim matenence for her? Ok what the hell ??

I'm told because there is a change of care they need new information as the old information is not able to be used.... so I send away for the birth cert... which takes 4 weeks. Then I send it to them, but it gets lost so once again im stuck without matenence for another 4 weeks while I do it all again....

Then.... my daughter decides that she wants to live back with her mum (3 mths later from coming here to live with me)

Now in that time I have had to set her up in a new private school, ans paid for all the costs etc.... (quite a few thousand by the time she leaves to go back to her mother)

BUT.... then not even 2 weeks later im told by the CSA that because I did not have the forms in to them (Birthcert) I am unable to have mateneance paid for the time she was in my care (they dont back date it) These clowns lost the first one!

Ok but then to my total dismay, they tell me that now I need to pay matenance again... when I asked where they got the copy of the Birt certificate from to show that I was the Father (like they said they needed to claim matanence. They said that they had my Ex's copy still on file.... FFS???? how the hell is that able to be done... so its ok for them to use the old copy for her just not me?

Then another note I have a friend that was paying his ex wife directly but decided he was sick of his ex calling him about what time or day it would hit the account so he asked the CSA to collect it and he would just send it to them for dispersement... BUT APPARENTLY THEY WONT LET THE PAYEE DECIDE ! so only the claimee has that right?.... and he was told that if she wont go thru CSA he would need to not pay her and tolerate her abuse until she registered a case.. OMFG ! how stupid is this...

OK CSA THIS HAS GONE ON LONG ENOUGH!
STOP PLAYING ONE SIDED AND GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER THE MALES IN THIS SITUATION HAVE HAD ENOUGH! (yes I know there are also females in this same situation but 90% are males who try to do the right thing and just keep getting jabbed by political indesion!

I will be adding to this blog over time as I have many more unfair instances that i will put up for comment, if anyone else wants to add feel free.

Common Sense in Australian Government

Ok enough is enough!

Does no one even see what is happening in Australia?

Are we all just sheep?

So the Government says this is the new law... and what... we just accept it because it is easier?

Look at the small business people with the work place reform... how many people had to change the way they do business just to have it changed again... and without compensation for the ones that least could afford the legal costs. so one year we change then we change again... ok sure things are for the better... (or are they?)

Shouldn't the people have have some recorse against the Government for creating rules and law that in reality be silly laws for political gain... and why should those people be allowed to use our tax paying dollars to fight a law (or other silly laws) that they created without our input.

The reason we dont fight these non common sense laws is because the entities involved have access to OUR OWN tax paying resorces... and they just keep draging it out so we cant continue.... ok I now ask you this...

Why dont the people have a say in a people v's Government and we also get the use of tax money for legal costs?... I BET THAT WOULD CHANGE A FEW THINGS !

And dont even get me started on stupid laws that have never been around in the last 100 years but now all of a sudden to prove they are the TOP DOGS they create laws like Bicyle helmets...

Ok yes they are a good idea for people on the road ... (cars go fast) but if you are over 18 years old and you can drink ... dont you think that getting told because your on a cycle path riding around a lake, that "I am sorry sir but you will recieve a $40.00 fine for not wearing a helmet..FFS! what is this place comming to... im 35 years old! I think I am adult enough to decide that I am in a safe enviroment.

Last time i checked you told me i had to vote?... so i am old enough to vote, yet not old enough to decide if i want to ride around a lake without a helmet?...

Now, under 18 yes i agree or even on the road... but if police had spent that 35min booking me for not wearing a helmet (on a lake cycleway) they might have been better used for the Sociaty looking after a bashing or thieft! after all the reason the Government decided on Helmets was "IN THE INTREST OF SAFETY" right?...

I mean what ever happened to just using common sense, have we lost it because the Government tells us what do! I AM NOT A BLOODY ROBOT!
